Operational Excellence
To achieve these goals, we have assembled a multinational team of Chinese and Thai professionals specializing in livestream operations, content production, data analytics, and marketing.
Anchored by this team, guilds will be established in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket to create a nationwide livestreaming network, injecting new momentum into Thailand’s economic growth.
